David Bartel has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 2001. David served as the Sales and Office Manager with two of the largest Real Estate Brokers in the nation. Specializing in residential real estate sales and disposition management of bank owned properties, David has combined this experience with his 20+ years in the architectural/engineering industry to provide the comprehensive services and knowledge that he offers his clients today. This knowledge and experience has resulted in more than 600 successful transactions and over $100 million in property sales. David is also an investor in the communities he serves, actively managing his investment properties and he has a true passion for redesigning and rehabbing older homes.
David grew up in St. Paul, MN and is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities East metro, he currently resides in Mahtomedi, MN and offices in White Bear Lake, MN. In addition to being a local business owner, David is a devoted husband of 32 years to his high school sweetheart and the proud father of 3 wonderful daughters. David stays very involved in the local community, coaching and serving on the boards of several community sports programs as well as volunteering his time the St. Andrews Community Resource Center and other various local charities. In his spare time David enjoys golf, tennis, biking and photography, he is also an avid sports fan.
