Roseville area homes SALES are surpassing NEW LISTINGS by a sizable 16%, driving down the supply of available homes to levels not seen in more than 10 years. PENDING SALES in Roseville have increased at nearly double the rate of the overall Twin Cities market area, making it currently one of the hottest areas in the metro.
